With over thirty years of experience, Valerie brings a proven track record of financial and operational leadership to RevTech360. Throughout her career, she has earned executive roles that span the C-suite, including her recent position as COO of Lev, and has led organizational transformations through strategic technology leadership, serving as CIO (First Advantage) and CTO (Project Lead the Way). Her experience is deeply rooted in technology and professional services (Cognizant, Aon Consulting, Kronos).
Known for her strong balance of common sense and imaginative leadership, Valerie has a proven ability to connect an organization’s strategic vision with the tactical realities that drive business success through technology and service solutions. In 2017, she was honored by Salesforce for her innovative work at Project Lead The Way. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University.

With over 15 years of IT experience, Doug has successfully designed and implemented many mission critical information systems. At RevTech360, his primary focus is application architecture, integration, design and development, with an emphasis on service-oriented architecture (SOA).

Chief Delivery Officer
Matt has been working with services companies for the past 20+ years, starting in the telecommunications industry and evolving into software services. For the last 15 years, he has supported three services startups at Sumtotal Systems, Appirio and 7Summits, which all led to successful acquisitions. Matt is familiar with high-growth environments, has successfully attracted and grown talent, and has implemented operational models that have scaled services companies.
VP of ALLIANCES
Derek has over 12 years of experience building and driving strategic alliances and programs. He has spent over 6 years working in the Salesforce ecosystem with some of their largest partners. At RevTech360, he is responsible for building relationships and driving the Go To Market strategy with our strategic partners.
With a background in various human resources and recruiting roles, Kathleen adds to the RevTech360 team recruiting partnership and leadership focused on providing strategies around hiring, talent development, and retention.
Known as a people person her gregarious, kind, and empathetic nature combined with her competitiveness and high achieving spirit, Kathleen has a proven ability to excite new talent about opportunities, welcome and integrate new hires and provide support to all staff during their tenure with the organization. Kathleen holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Indiana University Purdue University in Indianapolis.
Kelsey comes to RevTech360 with more than 15 years of experience in marketing and communications from various industries. She has led large-scale, complex marketing campaigns, internal communications including change management, and held leadership positions with various committees and groups.
Kelsey is excited to be RevTech360 first Marketing Director, focused on supporting sales, talent recruitment, and internal communications for the company. She holds a Master’s of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Telecommunications degrees from Ball State University.
Chris has been with RevTech360 for 17 years. His most recent role was Senior CRM Project Manager and Technical Consultant. In total, he has more than 30 years of experience in the information technology business.
